Real Estate Video?

Good Morning M&A,

Im currently unemployed and finishing the final paper of my degree, so i have a lot of time on my hands at the moment.

Im looking at doing some freelance video work, and i can see a real market here in Christchurch, NZ for real estate video. (There was a large earthquake in 2011, destroying most of the high rise city, and there is a real frenzy of rebuilding going on, and a lot of development in low rise and subdivisions etc.)

From my brief research, real estate video has boomed overseas in the last couple of years, however, it has not really caught on here, and with the huge amount of development going on here there seems to be a real market.

I have a few contacts in the building industry, however, im not sure where to start.

Has anyone had any experience in real estate video?
 
I've done a few "virtual tour" videos, one of which was for a residential home, but nothing of high caliber with voice-overs, stats, etc.

I did this a few weeks back, in Seattle there is a large market for higher end homes and using different ways of advertising; like video. My suggestion is to become aquatinted with brokers in your area since they will be the ones paying for it most likely, skys the limit after that.
