I have a research paper to write 8-10 pages in length on the comparison of a literary character (like.. Harry Potter) and somebody significant in the world (George Bush). They have to share alot of the same qualitys and must be very detailed characters (writing 8-10 pages worth) and people and I'm all out of ideas, so I'd appreciate some good ones.
 
Hmm george bush and curious george? dick cheney and elmer fudd? lol idk man good luck tho sounds tough.
 
haha, your screwed, but seriously, Maybe some skiier and a charater, and how they persevere to land new tricks, or in the charaters case survive in life, or acomplise a task... ehh, i dunno, just some ideas
 
holden cofuld, not sure if the spelling is right but the main character from catcher in the rye and either Gandhi or the Dali Lama
 
shit, duh. if you've read animal farm then just discuss the events and people all the animals represent. easily 10 pages.

George Bush has fucked up the USA. I'm sorry. For those of you Bush supporters, I don't think you can find any evidence to support what he has done. But Harry Potter on the other hand, saved his entire world. You can't compare the 2. They are just too far opposite.
 
Pfftt... that's why I said Cornelius Fudge. He fucked up shit baaaaddddddd. He could have prevented quite a bit, but just denied it. I'm sure there's a political figure who did the same.
 
I would also say Voldemort and Hitler, look at the story; Voldemort wanted "pure" blood, Hitler also wanted "pure" blood.
 
haha, no prob. too bad you've never read it, not that I enjoyed it very much, but it fits perfectly with the assignment.
