Ok so instead of cleaning your bases with solvent, you just scrape off the wax when its hot? Then do you apply more wax and let sit for 15-20mn?

yeah thats what you do, if you do that every time after you ski your skis will get faster and faster. and if you really want to get hardcore you could go buy brushes which you use to texture the thin layer of wax that styas in the grooves of your base
