So, how difficult is it to remove bindings? and once they are removed how much damage is done to the ski?

Any info you guys can give, I really appreciate it
 
It shouldnt be that hard. I would suggest u using a #3 pozi drive, if u dont have that then use a #3 philips. I depends if they ski was mounted with epoxy, if so then heat up a shaft of a screw diver and that should do the trick to loosen the screws. If you do unmount ur bindings then I would suggest Remounting them like 1/2 cm difference from where they were originally mounted. Somethimes if the holes are in good condition then u cud get away with reusing the same holes (assuming that ur bindings have the same mount points) and fill them in with epoxy but I wud jus remount them Remeber Lefty Loosey, righty tighty.
 
Use a #3 Phillips head HAND screwdriver (or pozidrive powerdrill) to remove the screws, be careful to remove them ALL the way before pulling the screws or bindings out so you don't strip the holes. Some bindings have "hidden" screws (with bindings like griffons, jesters, and STHs you have to remove the 2 visible screws in the toe piece and then SLIDE the toe piece back towards the heel piece and you'll see another screw holding in a plastic piece - there might be other bindings like this, but I can't remember, and some have screws hidden in the heel piece under the break or on the track under the heel piece). The first few turns are pretty tough because you have to break the seal of the glue, but just be sure to keep the screw straight the entire time so you don't strip the hole. Once you get it out, there's really no damage (as long as you haven't striped a hole), if you're not going to reuse the hole, make sure you fill it, if you are, make sure you used either wood glue or epoxy before putting the screw in and when you screw it in make sure you get it in the same track as it was before (you can do this by "unscrewing" - so turning left - the screw first until it drops down into place, then screwing it in).
 
Dont want him to tighten to the point wer he cant ever get it back off. If I asked for help on something I would rather have someone be super specific then be really broad.
