I completely agree. I hate when someone calls all liberals or all republicans idiots or w.e. Some people can really make a party look shitty.
 
I think the majority of both parties do it to themselves. Then you have a smaller percentage of kids or just general idiots posting shit like that.

Somewhere under the debris there is a small percentage of people on either "side" that actually has some idea whats going on and possibly even a rational idea on how to approach the future. I'd hoping to be shocked and have a decent candidate win a presidential election at some point in my life.

I'm not going to put any money on it, but it would be nice.

I don't really base my opinions of presidents on the personality that comes across. I think he's a massive douche and the IQ thing really has nothing to do with my problems with him. Things like the patriot act however do.

I fucking hate when people say that he doesn't have an "IQ." The man got elected twice as president, and graduated from both Harvard and Yale. He may be a lot of things, but "stupid" isn't one of them. The people who don't have IQs are the people who blindly believe everything the media says.

I agree that operation desert storm was needed, the only thing that he did wrong was not invade Iraq and take Sadam out then. instead he just pushed them back to the boarder. his son went into Iraq only to make up for his dads lack of work.

All that I said was that I like him as a person, I never said he made a good president and I was not knocking his educational achievements.

He can be very dumb and lack common sense sometimes and that's a fact.

On the other hand he must be rather intelligent based off the fact that he was president for two terms and that he has such a prestigious personal education history.

Why did you have to bring up CMC? I could have enrolled in a more academic orientated school but I chose this one for cost and other reasons.

I was going to say this because HW's presidency wasn't all that controversial. He was competent and qualified, there really wasn't any shitstorm surrounding HW bush.
