I went to the doctor today because recently my fingers have been fucking freezing even when its not cold out and my mom wanted to see if I have Raynauds, which is when your fingers basically just get mad cold when its not that cold.  Anyways, it just sucks because when I go between classes and walk outside, my fingers absolutely die, and I can't even write for half of the class.  The doctor said its from getting frost bite when I was little.  I don't want it to fuck up ski season though and I really don't wanna have to call it a day early just because cold fingers.

Just wondering if anybody else has it, I think its chronic, too, so if your parents have it you have a good shot too.
 
ummm... I think you mean its hereditary. But seriously, the best thing you can do is probably invest in some really nice mitts, and use some hand warmers.
 
my moms got that. she basically wears gloves all the time, and loses all the circulation in her fingers. just try and never let them get cold in the first place and you will be better off.
 
Chronic means habitual or recurring, hereditary means inheritable or in other words passed down from generation to generation.
 
Think it would be possible if say, someone had a little bit longer arms and was able to dislocate his shoulders on command, that the circulation might be sort of slowed down to the length of them or something?
 
Well i can, and my hands are always cold, except for when i was in hawaii at spring break they were almost normal, key word almost.

Skiing is a bitch last year my hands would get so cold everday this year im gunna buy some real good warm gloves.
 
ya my mom already said she would buy a nice pair of gloves for me so i dont get it that bad this year

one thing that will tell you if you have raynauds is if your tips of your fingers turn like really white/yellow when they are cold
