who here has ever been to one?i went to the frist one ever this weekend, that shit was so much fun an trippy as hell, some of my friends r good at doin all that shit with there glowsticks and if your all up on x they look cool as hell......so yeah just thought i'd share this with yall, and if youve never been to a rave then dont talk shit about them there fun as hell.....

hahah yeah a rave is where a bunch of people r all on x and theres techo music and tons of people go crazy with glow sticks...it was sooo damn fun, if theres ever a rave around your town you should definatly go even if your straight edge.....

yeah man, go to raves and do lots of ecxtacy and make sure you have a big fat flap of blow, cuz you;ll wanna do that too... maybe some acid and mushrooms and you got yourselves a grand ol candy flippin, pill poppin time. Raves are for fags.
 
really though, everyone at a rave isn't on e. there are always quite a few, but most are just hammered. it's just an all night dance club with lighter restrictions.
 
a rave is simply a all nigth gathering hosted outside of the usual club scene and usually has several DJs though the night playing various forms of techno and underground music. Its not all about drugs and glowsticks and candy ravers...thats simply a stereo type. The good ones are usually only known to people in the music scene and can have thousands of people and often location isnt publically annouced so they dont get shut down. Just cause its not gangsta hiphop dont mean its gay...you just dont understand whats really going on. Its people enjoying the music they love without the restrictions of the corporate bar scene. Most of you wouldnt survive one. Actually I'd love to see most of you at a real hiphop show too but thats another thread
 
if you have never been to one you have no room at all too talk once youve been to one then you'll really understand, there fun as hell, there are some that take place in the UK that last 3 days long and as many as 10,000 people show up at them, most of the time in the US they have to be kept on the dl because most of the time there are a bunch of drugs and "illeagle" things goin on, and macmahooooon is right about the fact that most of the people on this site couldnt last half a night through a rave.....

it's just well known that raves are gay and play crappy music for a bunch of tards that prance around while high on e and blow... good times...

so what colour are your parachute pants and how many fluo pacifiers do ya have?
 
I actually was offered the chance to go to one yesterday but passed on it... Maybe I'll go now if the opportunity comes around again.
 
Let people do what people want to do and don't hate. Just cause you're not into something doesn't mean its automatically gay. And also, most people that go to raves are NOT candy ravers. They are normal people who like that type of music.
 
hell yeah theres another rave goin on this weekend, fuck yeah if you ever get the chance to go to one go, doesnt matter if u dont like techno that much you still might really have alot of fun....
