as much as I hate to say this - just go to Walmart. They should have all kinds of shit (black lights, strobes, etc.) since its halloween season

just get strobes, blacklights, some can lights with different color gels, and a bunch of e and your good to go

make sure you have a large selection of glow sticks, like the necklace ones and the regular ones

and get those clearish neon cups

if you live near colorado and want a legit set up i know a guy who rents equipment, I could get you a decent price. green or blue laser arrays, lots of cans, spots, and strobes, foam machines and he's probably getting an ice cannon in the next month or so

The Oriental Trading magazines always have a ton of the smaller glowstick type lights, but check www.ravelinks.com for people selling full setups. Also just a cool sight even if you dont find anything.
