So there are some tricks I really want to try, but my hill has only small jumps, So I'm about 5 ft and I was wondering how much I would need to get for the following tricks

Backies:

Flatspin:

Lincoln:

Misties / Overflips:

Thanks for any info

12.53 knots, exactly.

Any more or any less could spell certain death.

But honestly, enough speed to make it to the middle of the landing. Then when you're going for the trick make sure to not back off your speed at all.

How was your height supposed to have anything to do with this?

its not really the height of a skier its how hard you pop, but i learned backies on a 5 foot jump

Because I was invisioning someone whos seven feet and if layed back while doing a backie is going to need to be farther off the ground than someone whos 4 feet and doing the same thing

^no
a higher guy is gonna have a higher popa smeller guy is gonna have a smeller pop
makes no difference

A: I've had 3's down for like the past year and a half

B: I've gotten much better since the last time you saw me ski

C: I will admit though I did suck at sliding rails at the beginning of the season

back to work here. any way you want to learn more bigger tricks well you may just have to go out and build your own. find some spot with a steep and long landing and build your self a 3 triple ski long and 1 ski high jump. and start working on your spins , sw spins and fronts. dont huck take your time and learn it write.
