why would you rate your own pics you rate them to show what people think about them not what you think

when there are no comments and one rating (especially a rating of 10), sometimes people say "dont rate ur own pics, faggot" these people forget that anyone can rate a pic without commenting, and just because the rating is a 10 doesnt mean you were the one to rate it.. so pretty much its impossible to know who really rated your pictures/vids
