Rating for Under the Influence/TGR

7, sage, seth, roner, flahr, macintosh always kill it but i thought the music was just awful and the filming wasn't great either, overall the skiing was good imo but the rest wasn'tespecially the narration, it was like a warren miller movie, i doubt many gapers watch tgr movies
 
it was 8-9. it would have been a 10 in my book if they chose a better song for Dana's part, I thought the voice over was fine. it really does not bother me and it is a good transition, and can add a little life to a movie. For the most part I thought the music choice was spot on with a good mix of everything, with the exception being Dana's part, his skiing was so incredibly insane I just thought that the segment would have been better edited to a different song.

The skiing was the best out of any movies I have seen so far. When you put Seth, Sage, Ian, Nobis and Dana flair in a heli in AK something sick is going to come out. Sages run down Hotels was one of the gnarliest lines ever.

For the Jumps and a little Jibbing Sammy, Wiley Miller and Dylan Hood and Dash held it down too. sure the jumps themselves were not the same as other movies like the ones in the rage movie but the style was sure there.

Best BC jumps apart from journal in my opinion.
 
I'd give it like a 7.

-If they are gonna do such a marginal job on the jumps, they might as well just not even put it in there.

-Bad music choices (in my opinion)

However, most of the big mountain stuff kept me interested. I'm glad I saw it, but I wouldn't buy it.
