Rate my 360s. Also help with 5s and cork 3/5

They are finally starting to feel solid and stable and CRISSSSPY. Need to get better grabs and hold them longer I think. Any other tips? Also for 540s, so far I tried one and sent it almost to flat and got scared so I tried to stay at 360 and ended up slamming face. I'm comfortable riding/landing switch but something about a bigger jump scares me.

They look pretty good tbh you just need to keep practicing to get more comfortable.

For grabs, you should bring your ski to your hand, not necessarily bend down for the ski that much. If you aren't flexible, stretch a lot, they'll get easier. Work on your hip flexors and core strength if those are weak

The biggest thing that helped me learn 5s was doing a 3 and then looking back up at the top of the landing around 270/360 and watching it until I am landed and riding away smoothly, then turn your eyes downhill. Also just trying lots of times. You got this dude!

it's a common misconception that once you can do 3s that cork 3s are the nest in progression. They're not. You should be able to comfortably 3 both ways and probably 5 and 7 your comfy way before you should try cork 3s. You need air awareness

Also prob a good idea to get zero spins, switch 180 and switch 360 before thinking about getting corked. They’re a ton of fun too.

Looking decent, you just need more of the same to keep getting smoother. With grabs, try and go for ones that feel most natural for you and most makable. I found for some reason I was more natural with trailing hand grabs. And basically you just have to go for it. Once you start getting the feel for them I think it makes the 3s easier. Certainly tidied up mine a bit when I managed to get grabby.

360s look healthy. Try more grabs!

For the 540, try thinking of it as a 360 plus 180. So, at 180-270 wrap your arms in and pass the 360. At 450, start to open up and keep you head up. Land with steeze.

Exactly. 360, now land it switch ! ?

Honestly they look solid just keep your head looking over your shoulder and you got it. I struggled with 5's for the longest time and a kid at my home mountain had me take more speed and and told me to keep looking over my shoulder
