I just waited for two hours to download an album, and apparently it's a rar. file? I don't know what the fuck that is, I just want to know how to convert it because WMP doesn't want to recognize it...NS Computer Wizard, please assist

rar is what there was before zip. well thats my understanding. anyways, you need something to decompress it. i use winrar.

A .rar file is a different version of a .zip file.

Gotta unzip it.

Download winrar.

the only way I know how to work torrents is because I read Scott~$ guide on Torrents word for word [thank you]. Anyways, I just figured it outs. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction NS
