i understand that being falsely accused of rape is terrible, any man can understand that, but it's not more terrible than actually being raped and you yourself admit that these cases are the VAST minority. I'm not saying that it's something that shouldn't ever be discussed, it's just that what you call a "small argument" is actually way bigger than it should be, because it's one of the only times when a man can be "comfortable" talking about rape (when he, or his gender, is the victim), and it feeds into the victim blaming rape culture that's in place. you're right that it should be handled like any serious crime, but the issue is that these social factors actually do affect the way the case is handled and the care that the victim receives, and so more work and discussion should be placed on changing them.
