It's not a rap song... it's a mash-up. And it doesn't have many great rap songs in it... it has many really shitty rap songs in it, mixed with many (generally shitty) songs from other genres... but mixed they sound good. And yeah, it's Girl Talk. Google it. And E-603, they do the same thing but better.
