Still stuck. Nothing like coming bsck from a long trip snd having your car fuck out on you right away. I don't live near here or know many people around so hard to find a vehicle when I dont have one to go looking. Been trying to find some stuff on CL.
Still stressing the housing situation in Mammoth too.
Hopefully can at least find a car at a decent price thats not a piece of shit.

Just follow this:
- Introduction letter of your organization.
-Statement of need addressing what you want.

- A written grant explaining what your organization does, why you deserve the money or thing, and how that money or thing will be used.
- A timeline of how the money or thing will be used in your organization.
- Cost table of your organizations budget, and a budget for the money or thing you are asking for.
I feel you though, it is such a pain in the ass. I spent at least a week working on the Zero Zone application for the NS Stimulus fund, and the one I wrote for class took me over a month. Be diligent, use lots of details, use a formal tone, and use lots of numbers and statistics. Also- the place giving you money wants to feel like they're actually making a difference, so provide lots of details on how your grant will have an impact on your club or the local community.

Got a call from Tukwila PD saying my truck was recovered by Seattle PD but undrivable with no plates and is at the tow yard, call the tow yard with what info I had.
Tow yard couldn't find it and asked if I could get any more information to find it. Call Tukwila PD back asking if there's anything more than can give, they give me the number of Seattle PD auto wrecker team.
Call the auto wreckers team, they've been off work for the day for two hours. Talk to a helpful woman instead that was able to get my the location it was recovered which got us the location it would've been towed to
Call them, and get someone who sounds like they're talking into the phone from 3 feet way, give them what info I have, to which they say they do not have my truck. Fine whatever, end of the day Sunday, dealing with the second string.
Trucks a loss, not worth figuring out why it's undrivable, I just wanna know where it is so I can see if any of my stuff is still in there and then forget about it

I hate drama and and usually don't get sucked into it because I don't engage with people who cause it, but got dragged into this weekend and wanted to vent.
Lil back story, so I got one roommate that introduced me to his friend let's call him Joe. Joe and I got along rlly well and never had a problem before this past weekend. A week and a half ago I was with Joe at the bar and he's talking to these two girls, so I start talking to one of them and one thing leads to another. Since then we had hooked up a couple times but I quickly realized she wasn't for me, lets just say she was a hall of fame yapper and when she got drunk it was a bit much.
With that outta the way, last Friday I go to my friends party, meet this girl that's a skier, super chill, cute. Have a good time with her and tell Joe the next day when I see him. We had college football that day so we were drinking and later he sees the original girl I meet at the bar and tells her I was with some other chick. She gets pissed at me, and Joe basically burns that bridge and throws me under the bus. Later that night one of my other friends sees him plastered at the bar and he's insinuating to them how he might make moves on the girl that's mad at me.
I hear about this and i'm just fucking confused, idk how someone who I spent a fair amount of time and thought was my boy could sell me out like that. Not even mad about burning that bridge with the girl just disappointed in him. There's always gonna be another girl, but it's hard to find good friends.
He seemed pretty sad about it the day after and his other friends were ripping on him for it. He apologized to me but it's gonna take a bit to forget that.

I’m kinda confused—original girl you speak of was the annoying one, or skier? I’m assuming the latter because idk why you’d care what some annoying girl felt about you? Anyways, maybe he can explain to her he was being stupid and defend you next time if you ever see her again. Did you even get her number or any contact info? Maybe you never actually had a chance with her in the first place if not. Or maybe she’ll be extra jealous about this other supposed girl Joe was talking about, he’s using the DENNIS system playing chess while you’re bouncing checkers. Generally stupid to lose a friendship over a girl unless it’s some real vile shit. I left a friend for kissing a girl I was with at the time, really she just gave really good head and it was a convenient situation at the time but she was also nothing special and not my type, but I let that drama cost me a good friend throughout the rest of my college years. 2/10 would not recommend doing
