So i made these stickers this summer(non ski content) Anyway they were a massive hit, and the demand was insane once they got pass around social media.
Anyway a ton of people were trying to get them and wanted me to sell them online. I had a bunch of shit going on and didn't want to deal with them. My health has been shit, I was traveling a bunch, and then right after that working full time and stressed barely scratches the surface.
A guy from this website approached me because he wanted them on his site. I agreed but the whole thing has been a nightmare, and not worth the money in any way.
Anyway paypal was fucking with me hard and making it even worse to deal with. Shitty people bitching about this and that for a fucking sticker even though they were going out on time. People telling me they didn't get them so i'd pull up the photo of the envelope and then a person was like, nah i got them, i was just messing with you(burn in hell)
Anyway it's been a month and i haven't sent people their stickers, but people are freaking out. I understand, they paid for something, and haven't gotten it in a timely manner.
Some of the messages are just fucked, and making me less likely to do it, and more likely to just refund people and say fuck it.
I don't want the money honestly. Hell i probably gave 500 of them away this summer if not more. I don't care, i just wanted people to have them. But some of the meesages I've been getting are killing me. Like it's a fucking sitcker. Ther biggest order you could place through the site was a $20 order. And i think there's only one pending. Almost alll are 3 -5. I understand $ is $, but people even from the beginning when they shipped a week after purchase were acting like i was going to take their $3 and go to vegas or something. Like it was some kind of scam.
I'm sick as fuck, im depressed as fuck, im working full time and beyond, and just trying to survive honestly.
I want to just send out the stickers with a note that say "Hey, I thought about killing myself several times but don't worry, I wanted to make sure you got your $3 sticker order first"
Obviously I wouldn't do that but it's just kind of fucked. It wasn't like this was set up as some crazy legitimate business, I didn't launch a company, i just made a fucking sticker.
Like I said, I understand it from their end, there are plenty of scammers out there these days, but it's a fucking sticker. I'm not going to rob you. Honestly pay pal probably stole all my money anyway and I'm not actually getting paid, and the money that was being donated to charity out of each sale will come out of pocket, and ill lose money on the online sales, but hey, at least everyone can get their fucking sticker so they can be happy.
Note to self: If I ever have a good idea for a sticker or tshirt, maybe make a couple for myself and friends to give a way, or better yet, write it down and light it on fire because this is shitty.
As much as it seems like "it's just a sticker, it's not that hard to mail a couple stickers out". It is for me right now. And to even get going, pay pal mixed up all the orders so i literally don't even know which ones were sent, and who I ned to send to still, and like i said, will probably get $0 and pay pal will just pocket the rest because they're awesome, and they're customer service is the best I've ever seen. Maybe ill just post a location and throw a few k of the stickers off the roof and be like here, come get them for freem and ill send you your money back, or you can just ask paypal for it, because they're probably holding it forever anyway
Maybe paypal will piss off some hackers and they can ruin that shitty website.
Not sure if I want it to snow, or I should just book a plane ticket to some random country I've never heard of and live in a hut or a cave for the next few months.
Fuck this shit.
