well you see i traveled through north dakota once and bought some condoms.. so i think i helped their average a bit

I'm reluctant to believe the accuracy of this. Just because larger condoms are bought doesn't mean the average penis size is larger. There are a lot of people out there who buy inaccurately sized condoms.

By the way, I'm reppin number 11, so this isn't a post motivated by my baby penis and the need to overcompensate. But seriously, they don't call me tictac for nothing...

I completely agree. also, its from a site that sells condoms so I would think their sales in different states would vary by volume
 
Its true if you can use a normal size condom your dick is tiny you don't need to ask any girls or anything. Magnums are even pretty snug those XXL ones are banging.

Lots of men have extremely tiny penis's though its hardly uncommon.

Good to see my home state crack the top 5. I'm guessing the reason certain places are way lower is that they have a lot of asians.
