Randomly getting the "Under Construction" page?

When I click a link on this site about 50% of the time I'll get the "NS is currently getting more badass"/under construction page, but when I refresh everything's fine and no one else seems to have been affected..is this happening to anyone else?

happened to me a couple times today, the NS crew probably just fixed a couple small things today

This was happening to me, just go to browser information and clear your cache. Should do it.

I'll put up this message if NS is undergoing any upgrade that takes longer than a few seconds. We've just released 7 months worth of new code, so from time to time we launch additional small updates to fix bugs or improve performance. However, most of the major stuff should be fixed by now.
