i don't know about anyone else, but i've received 4 pm's over the past few days from random members i've never heard of asking for me to help sway their contest.

Its like bums asking me for money, you gotta do something creative to get a buck outta me, like play the drums or eat some deodorant. so like send me a cool message or link and then i might help you out. dammit /endrant

 
it's technically spam, and they should be banned

the only people i do it for are gold coins
 
did you read my post mayne? you gotta work for my like, send me a funny picture or link or somethin!! you're one of the random PM'ers i'm talkin about
