whats the deal. definately hate the drive to quebec

yeah ive been told numerous times that it'll be open this summer, but ive also heard that construction hasnt even begun..

someone fill us in

 
ya they havnt started construction yet so its not gonna be up for this summer. next summer probably tho.
 
Yeaaa, sucks it won't be open this summer, but it will sure as hell be sick when it opens.
 
they arent building a full ramp just one big air and a single arials jump. so if it really does get built( which is supose to start in april) it will get done in like 2 months

it would be soooooo dope to have our own ramps. then we could own those quebec fucks
 
^dude, if you need signatures or whatevs to patition to raise the funds, let me know, i'd kill for those ramps
 
nah thanks for the offer.

as for the ramps go im like 90% sure that construction will start at the end of april or start of may.
 
i've been talking to the owner of talisman and there's some issues being raised by the niagara escarpment commission (as always). it's going to be a year round training facility in conjunction with gymnastics ontario as well so they're saying indoor tramps and fun stuff like that as well.

gonna be dope if it comes together! especially since my place up there is right at the base of talisman

well it's pretty safe to say they won't be up and running this summer. next time im up there i'll drop into the office

 
this is gunna turn ino a Jibberish 2.0 isnt it, April, april rolls along, August... theyll just keep putting it off
 
i'll be heading up tomorrow night for biking at blue.

if there's any progress on the ramps i'll take some pics and post them up!

 
i was up on the weekend and from what i could tell there hasn't been anything done. i'm sure their main concern is the new condo development before putting in the training centre.

 
Damn. Just damn. Who's up for a road-trip to quebec with me to hit those ramps? I know you will be Jon. Who else? I'm driving btw.
 
okay. THE RAMPS WILL NOT BE UP THIS SUMMER.

however they will be getting done in the near future. a gymnastics ontario headquarters is going to be coupled with the ramp facility and FSO(freestyle skiing ontario) has already ordered 3 olympic sized tramps.

the gym is going to be sick and will be equipped with foam pits, tramps, long beds, and all the other shit that hot little russian grils use.
