I think its a good idea, trying new jibs will keep things interesting. Right now there is a septic tank jib at killington and its super fun! Head up there and try not to eat shit!

its pretty frustrating when mountains say that they dont have the money to put in new features. so much can be done with a barrel or a little bonk jib that're so inexpensive, it deff keeps things interesting and can make for some good hiking material

most mountains use the plastic tubes so they actually slide and are wicked fun if you dont 5050 them, they do not use metal ones that would ruin you and your shredstick(s)

I want to see someone come up to any jib (barrel, tire, log etc) and land on top then front flip off to the other side. or backflip back to where they took off from. or go off axis then stall it.

as for jib materials....I think Ive heard of some resorts sticking old buses ont heir hills, and you just slide over the roof, maybe they put hdpe/lexan on top
