im trying to build a few rails for my yard

and dont know what to make them of really

any suggestions?

Get some o' that shit that they use on the sides of ice rinks and screw it down onto your board of choice,pre-heat the oven to 350 and let bake for an hour, take out and enjoy. Tasty box.

The bases are just built out of wood with pvc cut in half and mounted on top. The rails then sit in the pvc. At the very beginning it is held to the pvc with one of the wires that tightens with a screw. You jump over that part so it doesent matter. At the end there is a small clamp that holds it on.
