keep your back foot flat on the box, put equal weight on both feet, pop onto the box don't turn onto the box, look at the end of the rail, bend your knees so you have mad gorrilla steeze for super cereal balance, and don't be afraid, its accually quite easy to do a flat box, for rails, just find the ballance point on your ski and make sure that that point is always on the rail, and that you pop a full 90 degrees onto the rail, other than that you sould have a good time, plus wait till the snow isn't death cookie or ice sheetish, hardpack is ok though, Byeeahhhhhh!
