Rails or Jumps, which do you prefer?

Alright,i get into discussions with people about what they like better, rails or jumps. See i like jumps just because there is more tricks u can pull in the air than on a rail.

Plus if any of you know were Black mountain is in NH . You know that we don't Hvae a park, yeah i know it sucks, but i'm designing a park for them and i want hear what you have to say.

 
has been done b4, very often, just use search next time. personally i prefer jibs over jumps

haha i say jumps, i cant do rails, but i suck at both, i just landed my first three last weekend, but i can do boxes

deffinitly rails because im way better. but just come up with a bunch of good long slides, then try to get some more tech rails.

rails are funner but they hurt more when falling and jumps are fun also id hafta say jibs thogh

^^^^ ya but u do have to take into consideration that the swirley isnt really a high consuquence rail u have to say something like the bbq or that huge rail that i dont no what its called its like 20 feet in the air and the gap is like 30 ft its insane

jumps are more fun for sure. but they are scaryier and hurt more when u fall.....i like rails too cuz i never fall and there easy. pipe is cool but crashing also hurts and sucks alot in there. deep and steep pow is for sure the best

rails all the way... though everything is fun. rails are so good... nothing ever feels like sliding a forty foot flat bar... ever. of course the same goes for spinning off a 50ft booter... but I happen to have more rails at my mountain then sweet jumps... so rails it is.

 
put like a jump and then a rail and then a jump and then a rail...both are sweet and fun

im all about the rizzles, but thats cuz i suck at jumps, so i've made a point to do more jumps than i normally do, and get some better tricks down

jumps probably cause it feels a lot better to be up in the air then sliding along a staircase rail or something.

jumps, i like them because you cant rack on a table but u can on a rail. i have never racked but my friends have and it hert me just as much as it hert them

 
both... right now jumps even though my rails are wayy better than my jumps i like the progression thats what makes me like shit more than others

Jumps, everyones better at rails cuz they are easier, and require less balls. Unless there are bigger jumps to rails, but there are WAY more tricks you can do in the air and you get the whole feeling of flying and weightless ness that helps.

There is no feeling that compares to being totally locked onto a rail and greasing it perfectly. But also landing a new trick for the first time feels really good too. Overall, I would have to say rails give me the most enjoyment.

uhhhm you can do more tricks on a rail than you can on a jump... maybe YOU cant do as many but other people can... there are so many possibilities on rails... cork 810 anyone?
