Rails and boxes.

Ok ive been thinking about skiing alot lately and ive come to the conclusion boxes are pointless. I think it should be all rails
 
I disagree, boxes can be a lot of fun. Plus you can spin across boxes unlike rails. They're great for learning too. I learned 270 on and off, on a box before i did them on rails. As an added bonus, boxes don't normally fuck up your skis.
 
i think that boxes are only cool if you do things that would be near impossible on a rail. and i managed to spin a 180 on a rail at high north this summer, just like you would do on a box
 
They're cool to chill out on- you don't have to worry about too much. Good for learning new stuff on- even if they're not cool.
 
well, skiing is supposed to be fun, not an everyday contest. hitting boxes is fun. so, why would you not want boxes around to hit?
 
boxes can be really cool and very technical tricks can be thrown on them i think it is cool to see pros throw down on a box just as cool as it is to see them hit up a rail anyways
