Rail specs

i was wondering if you guys have any specs for a kink rail , i wanna build it in welding class and gunna use it this winter

how long can it be? and you want a dfd, or like flat down flat?

id do 5 foot-5foot 5foot for a fdf or dfd

i want fdf but i want it decently long

5 foot sections will seem really short, if anything make the two flats longer and the down shorter. like 8-3-8
