rail question

alright, so i got the top to a soccer goal.....yea i rule.....anyway, i got a problem, it's aluminum. see i can grind it and all.....but it's not very slick, it's a sticky son of a bitch. im gonna wax it like crazy tomorrow see if that helps out, which it should. but do any of you guys got any suggestions for slicking up an aluminum rail. yes i understand its a weak metal and your edges will carve into it easy....i've watched my friends eat it left and right on it. but its working out. but yea.....adive on slicking up a rail....hook it up.

Do not use WD 40! I sprayed it on one of my rails and it made it more sticky.

Uh, mabey Pam? Or maby a pice of PVC just a bit bigger, cut a slit down all of one side and slip it over the top of the metal...
