Alright, im building a rail before the winter season hits. I need some sick plans... I checked out Mauii's profile and saw all his plans, anyone have any others. Some kid on here posted a really really sick box that he made and spray painted it, but i forgot the his name.... if anyone has any info, or any plans.. please share. Also... do you think I should make one with metal piping or did what Maui did and just use 2x4's and plexiglass... how would u bolt down the melting piping? cause I dont think i have access to a welder.... holler

get a cad program, and design it. If you want it welded, just take it to a welder or like an auto collision repair shop. Or take a welding class, thats wht im doing. When I get the money im going to make a flat-down-flat.

Ya i really dont have time/money to do all that... I just wanna pick up a bunch of shit from home depot and build one... if i had a nice plan i would be golden...

I have a welder coming to my house in a couple weeks and im in the process of making a ramp to put on the top of my hill for added speed... but my suggestion to you on how to get one quick is visit your local skatepark with some tools and a pick-up truck

What the hell were they doing with a car on the moon?... havent they gone far enough?
 
Just make a simple wooden skeleton...anyway would do just fine...have it 2 feet hight 8 feet long...u could use plexiglass or some shit. We're using tuff stuff for ours. Angle iron would work too. Just wing it,and i bet it will come out all right...i'll show you some pics of mine if youd like.

there easy, just screw the wood to the other pieces, drilled angled holes in the hollow steal piping, and get 2 and 1/2 inch screws into the 2x4s. Lexan for the top is key. Oh and a rotor tool is also key for the rails to fit in nicely.
