rail plans

hey i wanna build a rail and i was wondering if n e 1 knew a site where i could get plans or had plans of their own.....i'm looking for a flat rail maybe 10-15 ft..and i need to know what kind of steel...so if n e 1 could tell me i would apprecaite it thanks

do you have an ARK welder or an assidilan(don't know how to spell it)/gas torch?

Don't get galvinized steal!!!

Number one priority in making a rail is getting a welder and knowing how you are going to cut it...

 
well my dad is an architect and he was gonna get one of his companies welders to do it for me....i just need to know what kinda steel so my dad can order it first off

 
basically don't get galvenized steal cause the fumes will cause you to die. ask your local ski area or just email mammoth or whistler as to what kind of steal they use. GOOD LUCK!

 
just weld it and ull figure it out
