Rail Plan Follow-up

A few people have wanted to see what the frame of one of those rails i made looks like, so i got a pic of a double kink im building right now. here ya go:

Tell me how putting the plexi-glass on goes. That was my only concern with making you rail, I know you countersink the screws, but isn't it hard to line up the plexiglass at the kinks?

that rail is 15 feet.. (5-5-5). Its tricky to line up the plexiglass, i used a band saw to cut it.. its a little sketchy at the corners but not enough to throw you off. I used this epoxy stuff and smeared it all over the top in addition to the screws to make the plexiglass stick better to my other rails..ill get pics of them ASAP as soon as i can borrow that camera again..(it belongs to my dads office)

If you slapped down some 30minute epoxy that plexy glass wouldn't move... you wouldn't need screws.

yea i have made mine like that i used glue and it holds fine i can lift the whole thing up by the plexiglass and it is pretty heavy

 
my tech teacher is hooking me up with some plexiglass and tools to cut it perfectly..woohoo!
