Rail jam may 22nd at mtn creek NJ

big boulder has mayday, thats cool and all, but here at mtn creek, we like to push the season as far as possible. thats why may 22nd, mtn creek will be hosting a rail jam on the leftover snow from the 24 foot high QP. still plenty of snow up there, so expect a solid setup with some solid fun. more details about setup and such will be posted later. also, expect a pretty solid hike as i dont believe lifts will be running, but they may be. Hope to see everyone there

Anyone passing by the boulder area? I live like ten mins from big boulder an someone should pick me up if you want a fun ride down
 
If any one in the albany area is trying to go PM me. I am planning on driving down, but would like to not drive alone. I have room for 2 comfortable, 3 if need be.
 
I had Ray as an instructor at Cutters Camp. Dude knows whats up. Crazy stuff Mt. Creek is doing, looks like a good amount of snow once its all pushed out.

from MC's facebook: "Stockpile Session Update: We'll be pushing out snow and setting features tomorrow afternoon and evening. Our plan is to have 8-10 features including a variety of rails boxes, jibs and YES maybe even a jump or 2??? Look for pics and more details tomorrow."

Major props to you sir. I know someone suggested this on Mt. Creek's FB page but if there's extra snow and you have the choice between 2 small kickers or a medium one my vote goes for the medium one. I also know nothing about shaping parks and stuff like that so it might be impractical but that's my 2 cents. Its going to be sick.
 
If theres even enough snow for any type of kicker, I vote for a nice little poppy jump just for some small flips. I think it would make everyone happy to see some fronts, backs and rodeos get thrown.
 
i too would like to see a lil jump go up. but to be honest, i havent even been up at the QP since around the first week in may, haha. but ill see what there is to work with, and hopefully i can build you guys something insane
 
a late reply here, but whatever.DFD handrail, down handrail, flat box, telephone pole, down tube, banana booter, battleship rail, DFD prog box, corrugated pipe. possibilty of a jump, but dont count on it. also, BBQ! and bring 10$ for a chance to win some dope eyewear and support VSMO
 
Had tons of fun. Thank you everyone who made this happen. Totally worth the 2.5hr drive down!
