Words can’t describe how much I hate it when at a local rail jam I see kids throw backflips of off the side hit. Rail jams are for rails you freaking douche.

I feel like I'll give people 1 for the crowd if they really want sometimes but yeah. Super annoying. 2 years ago some kid started doing backflips and kept doing them. Then knocked himself out for a while and pretty much ended the comp.
Idk rail jams are fun, backflips are fun, but people gotta chill a bit. If you dont hit rails and keep just doing flips it's kinda beat imo.

judged a rail jam in march and it was a great reminder of how fuckin fun it is to get all the local shredders together to session and throw down. skiers and snowboarders, fellas and ladies all together hiking and having a blasty. no one did any backies on that occasion but just reminding me of the whole rail jam vibe gave me the warm and fuzzies

I did a hard trick for me that I hadn't done in. While. Crowd was meh. Did a backflip off the jump next run, everybody was hyped.
Not a rail jam just a small demo. But yeah it hurts inside sometimes. Now I suck at everything equally so it's all good

The resort I worked at this winter had their first ever "Rail Jam". Wasn't anything crazy. No cash purse or anything. All the Winter Park Comp center kids came over and their coaches and murdered the entire field, but somehow they handed the W over to an employee that worked at the resort lol. They couldn't handle the smoke so they rigged it kinda. Winning prize was a pair of Used Atomic Punx from like 2011 anyways so it wasn't shit.
