dddonnntt use pvc pipe because it will shatter in the cold, just use the normal surface material that is on most boxes

dont have the pvc ending in the middle of the roller. thats where ur most likely to catch ur edeg where the two pipes meet

the suff on boxes is puck board, the same stuff as on walls at ice rinks, just go to your local ice rink and ask if they have old stuff, or ask where they get theirs

 
Or lexan, the stuff Nalgene's are made of, but from what I hear it is pretty expensive. The PVC will do you just fine for summer sessions until it gets really cold outside.

well we already bought the pvc plus we have screw a ton of it on and it takes for ever, so does anyone have any idea what you could do to help it not shatter?

Nice roll in for the mini ramp. Why dont u just use plywood instead of plexiglass or puck board? Instead of the pvc i would just screw in a strip of plexiglass on top. That way u wont have to worry about fitting the ends and no shattering.

 
looks pretty sick. I would have put more space in between the humps of coaster, just so it's smoother, but i'm sure this will be good.
