i live VERY close to a technical high school where they have a welding class.. so when they go back to in the fall for school im gonan see if they can make me a rail either a double kink flat down flat at 35 ft long.. a Y rail at 25 ft long.. idk any other suggestions WITHOUT THEM HAVING TO CURVE A RAIL

I have a welding class at school so we make rials all the time. We havea 20 foot trapazoid thats 8 feet of the ground at the top... a 20 foot flat down flat kink, and I made one thats 4 feet tall and 12 feet long and then curves into a 2 foot kicker at the end to shoot you up. It was actually pretty easy to bend it, most welding classes should have a pipe bender...if you do have one measure out ever inch that you want to bend and then bend it so little at a time so the metal doesnt kink and get shitty.

 
y don't u have they weld u a pipe bender...my neighbor made one out of old car wheels
