Rail advice

When I go on rails and boxes I have some difficulty spinning off or swapping up. I generally just grind through it with no spin. How do you pop while on a rail and is that the right way to swap up or spin off?

Yeah switch ups are hard. You need to learn how to pretz first: when you re on the box/rzil (learn it on boxes, its easier) balance yourself on your back ski and put the inside edge of your front ski (tip or tail depending on which way you wanna go) and that will stop your rotation and make you spin the other way. Kinda hard to explain, im sure theirs plenty of tutorials, but im on mobile so no vids sorry. Just search how to pretz, might find something. Hipe this helps

gotta get the scissor. say your right foot is forward, you gently rock your right heel down, raising your tip a bit, and your left toes down dropping that tip down. this will give you some leverage for a front spin out or sw up.

I say find a corrugated iron rail, they are super easy to pretzel on so if you find one of them in your park sesh that and just go slow and use your edges it will come pretty quick

Question: i can get back swaps fine but i get stuck at 50/50 whenever i try front swaps. What do i do to correct this?
