'Heath Ordway Gets Head, Do You' - Head Skis Ad

those are supposed to be really nice boots for big mountain, don't know about the park. My Lange Concept Jib boots are in the mail, i can't wait.

those boots are really soft and comfortable, they mold to your foot and it feels like a slipper (if ski boots could feel like slippers). If you like that for jibbing then get em.

apparantly 2/3 Olympic mogul winners, and 2/3 olympic ariel winners use them, but i dont know what that has to do with jibbing

well, if they made the line boot, and this looks alot like the line boot, and the line boot was made for jibbing, wouldnt that make this boot a good jib boot?

'Heath Ordway Gets Head, Do You' - Head Skis Ad

depends on whether line modified it, which im sure they did

the ones i would get are the blue ones with the grey tounges, what model are those, they are last years 175 dollars

'Heath Ordway Gets Head, Do You' - Head Skis Ad

First of all Raichle has given the boots over to Kneissl, those boots above are Kneissl Flexon Pro's. Morrison rides in those boots. They are amazing boots. They are by far the lightest boots you can buy. The liner in the boots was developed by NASA for warmth and flex for astronauts. I check them out if I were you.

yeah the tounge is actually from nasa too, cause it bends like the pieces on the astrounots arms and legs

wait wat wait...so what you're saying is...kneissl is still a company? dear god! how can i get in touch?

why would they make such a high quality boot so fuckin ugly. that thing has got some real 80's influence there. I wish it didnt look like my grandpa's boots, i would buy those. and to whoever said they look like they are gonna break, i agree.

The Flexon is a tried and tested design. It's softer forward flex made it remarkably different from anything that was on the market years ago. This characteristic may help considerably, particularly for those who experience chronic shin bang.

As for it's '80's look... remember that practically every high end boot out today is based on a 30 year old 4-buckle Lange race design who's patent exclusivity ran out 5 years ago. It's just the plastics that have evolved...

hmmm....this post didnt help much, I tried the salomon pro models though, and they pinch my ankle, got some more recomendations for jib/park boots for me?

amyone think it would be a mistake for me to buy these tommorow for 175?

'Heath Ordway Gets Head, Do You' - Head Skis Ad

I don't know man. your pants are gonna cover most of your boot so it really only matters what the bottom part looks like. and how they feel. if they feel really good then do it.

Yes, buy them, if you are going to get the blue ones, theyre not that ugly. those boots are soft ass hell, and you can put them in the oven and mold them to your foot. They are perfect for 'jibbing'
