Any one going to raging buffalo today? Theyre open till 11 and theyre saying they have 4 jumps two boxes and a rail open :/ i think im goin
 
Raging Buffalo was pretty good today. Their rope tow sucks though.... They had 2 jumps that were like 10-5 ft, 2 jumps that were like 5-10 ft, a 2 ft wide butter box, flat top about 10 ft long, and a down box about 10 ft long. The jumps were ok and had ok landings, but the landing for the rails were all icy and dug out.... overall it was good... and I tried my first backflip! landed on my skis and then my neck lol
 
Raging buffalo the snowboard park. yeah i wanted to go there back in the day but they had real dumb rules about no skis above 150cm and you couldn't use poles. So I have decided I'm never going there ever and it seems like it was the right idea.
 
i thought it was fun, jumps were fun even tho they were small but the rails were sketch, overall good day and ya josh i heard u almost got the backflip, thats sick
 
ya dude it was a fun day and ya i tried once like last run of the day landed on the ski and somehow got on my neck ask ben lol....

but ya they allow poles and real skis now so u shuld b fine. and noone gave me any shit for skiing...

anyways im goin sometime at night like 630-10ish tomorrow night if anyone else is there
 
the buffalo can be suprisingly fun for 90' vert, especially before and after the Kass event. only hate i ever heard was from 8 year old kids who liked to tell me skiing sucks
 
ya dude i agree... people underestimate it but to the people in illinois its like a hood summer park that you can go to for just a day like timberlines park. its just dedicated park and even though theres alot of boarders there isnt much hate anymore
 
id give them like 2 weeks maybe but why would u wanna hit them up if its like a 2-3 hour drive? its just a hill with some features
 
meh its like an hour and a half maybe two hour drive, Ive wanted to go there for years and have a free lift ticket......is it really not worth my time?
