There is a petition to get RAD re-released on DVD!

RAD is only the radest badest most bitchin BMX movie to be made in the 80s, its right up there with... I dunno, I can't think of anything that comes close to touching the raddness of RAD. if you've seen this movie you know what I am talking about.

Omg RAD i was like 7 when that came out. It was when the word 'rad' still existed in the english vocab, except for the brief period in the late 90s when my friend aaron tried to return it from the dead

Dude, I've had that movie for seriously like 16 years. My brother and I used to watch it EVERY DAY, and then go outside and like try standing one foot on the seat and the other on the handle bars....shit like that.

it was the coolest movie of the day for sure. the scene in the logging yard when they're getting away from the security guard was tight.

there was also a skate movie out around the same time. i think it was called thrash, but i'm not sure. that was sick too.
