i got two average sised goats and out of nowhere the smaller one died....the larger stayed fine.....then i got another one and he was a lil smaller and outta nowhere he died today also...but the larger one stayes fine....has anyone heard of goats killing other goats? cuz thats my best guess or what might be happening
 
Yeah I fucking get that. How did they die though? Blood loss? Bruised? Broken? Or did they just keel over and die?
 
Then somebody is killing them. Goats don't kill other goats by breaking their legs. You'll see head cracks and neck bites if the larger one is killing the smaller ones. I'd say somebody killed the first, and the second ate something poisonous. Nightshade, mushrooms, etc.
 
jealous goat? I say kill the big one, eat it and then kill the other one.... just because. Then buy 3 more goats and start all over. = Profit?
 
the first ones legs were busted right at the joint....and the seccond was stomped into the ground....when i got him to go bury him he left a "footprint" in the ground
 
I've seen it. Kids go around and fuck with cows and sheep all the time. Sometimes it involves baseball bats. I once saw a group of 6 kids stone a kitten to death. That's why I hate Mexico and am never going back.
 
eh i doubt it. granted im no biologist, let alone knowing an accurate picture of whats happening. but if it were a coyote it would probably be quite obvious.

IE it would be ripped up.
 
i thought about that also but their are no holeswhere they can enter and the fencing is like 8 feet high and the bodies are still intact and one is still alive
 
but if the larger one wold kill the smaller one then id be out of another goat which after bottle feeding anytype of animals you can grow attached to them very quickly
 
Hide inside the barn next to the door with a machete and when you see anyone try and walk in chop their head off before they can kill your goat.
 
haha good call...but first im gonna get a trail camera and set it up to watch so if someone is doing it ill have evidence

not a clue and dont be sarcastice and fuck with me today cuz ive been awake since 5 this morning and now i had to bury a close pet....whenever i would walk by he would run right up to me
 
the pen probably is on a magnetic field. this field is messing with the goats, and causing them to die. eventually all of the goats will die, it's just random that some stay alive and the other ones die.
 
Have you ever thought that golem is living under your deck and comes out at night to kill your weakest goats for food?
 
well it would solve several issues

1. if the smaller goat (the larger one right now) killed the larger new goat, you would learn that the larger goat right now is a serial killer

2. if the new larger goat killed the smaller goat, you would learn that larger goats always kill smaller goats

3. ????

4. you then discover that little mexican children have been killing your goats, kill them, sell their organs, profit

why don't you just mount cameras and see what happens?
 
oh shit my bad i thought you were being sarcastic, take no offense man. its just a small hd wide angle lens like the size of belt buckle its sick check em out.
 
i wouldn't go with a gopro unless you're filming the goats for a short period of time

even with a 32gb card a gopro will only film for a few hours. you want some form of live feed camera or a motion detecting hunting camera (although it'll detect the goats if they move). these goats clearly mean a lot to you so you don't wanna fuck up the filming and lose another pet with no answers
