i am fuckin sick of it i saw a brutha trying to rent skis but the white 67 year old behind thedesk said there werent any left... then he left and a white family came andgot everything they wanted
 
uh where did you see that, cause hills are in it to make money. Ushually they like to see to any one they can so that they turn a profit
 
why would they do that they were like locals (trust me you can tell cause they were wearing jeans and starter jackets)
 
thats weak....doesnt the dude know its 2006?? i mean sure some people still say shit here and there but keep it private...dont go and do that kinda shit to people because of their color.
 
i am also sure because i saw lots of other people (white) get skis later too and we live in boise idaho i swear this happened
 
also one time at mad river i was skiing with some jibbers fro that area and we started to build a jump and we sorta looked like snow boarders without the skis on and the ski patrol asked us to leave (their mountain is skiers only) they didnt even care that we were skiers anymore they told us they didnt want the "freestyle shenanigans" at their resort)
 
that doesnt mean hes racist. the skis were probably out, just becasue the white family gets what they wanted doesnt mean shit. they didnt get the same skis the black guy asked for.

that had absolutely nothing to do with racism and everything to do with the mad river vibe... they are working really hard to make that place exactly like it was 50 years ago and i totally respect that. if you want to build a jump, ski at sugarbush.
 
my polish friend tends to yell n!gger a lot when hes skiing and on the chairlift, 2 years ago it got him in a sketchy situation. But he's polish so he still yells it everywhere he goes...
 
This isn't a issue of racism. The black guy prob asked for snowblades and the guy at the desk was homophobic and didn't want to service any gay people at the resort.

ur examples of racism are awful. first off, the shop probably didnt have the skis or else the empolyee wouldve sold them, and the one about ski patrolers, thats just irrelevant, u were building a jump, all mtns will tell u to leave.

yep skiing seems to be one of the few prejudiced sports left, at least if the comments on this site are any indicator. congratulations guys we beat golf!
 
i was really blazed with some kids on the chairlift and they were like "YELL NIGGA REALLY LOUD" im like why? ok so i yell

and then they start laughing so hard and then i realize thers a black family on the lift ahead of me i felt so shitty
 
how is skiing a prejudice sport and there are incredibly rarely racist comments on this site. mayb the word nigger is overused but im sure its not usually used in an offenceve way on this site
 
come on Ive never seen a rental that were out of rental skis!! come one thats nonsense, if its really true just boycot that damn tore!!
 
This one time, my friend threw sauce at a black skier with a fat albert jaket on. He got pretty pissed. But it wasn't rasict, he just does it to a lot of people.

actually your kinda right. i have a few black friends i ski with and they always talk about how they dont no y the ski because they hate the cold. they are always the first one in the lodge on a cold day. They still really fun to ride with
 
trust me just cvause ur friends hate the cold doesnt mean all black people do. im black and i cant stand it when it is hot, i think that when it is 60 outside it is hot, if u havent noticed black people sweat alot so why would we like it to be hot, so we could swear more??
 
im not hating the resort its cool and all but the patrols there are douches we saw them at the top of the hill and they were watchingus, so we thought it was aight, but as soon as we hiked back up they came down and told us our hours work was for shit fuck them not mad river
