. alright today i had a fucking epic experience with race coaches. We were crusin our small mountain's park. It has a seperate lift where the park is and hardly anybody does it cuz it's only one extra run. When we would get on the lift we would cruise through the line really fast because there was never anybody in it. Anyways we were coming down and there were these three race coaches standing in line looking up, just waiting, just getting in the way. THis is where it gets interesting....

we cruise through these people, our friend from germany first, then me. as i go through they kinda make it narrow and i squeeze through. we are waiting at the waiting spot for our other friend as he starts to cruise through this blockade of 3 gapers (by the way one of the ladies was wearing a fucking leather giant ass poncho.) anyways as my friend tries to get through the leather queen tries to block him off. He squeezes through and starts to kinda skate towards us. she chases him, and starts stomping on his skis with her skis!!! She was trying to stomp off his bindings, and my and my friend were just flabbergasted! we were looking at eachtoher like what the fuck?! and then i realize that she is pissed! So we get on the lift and she starts chasing him, but he gets away. as we get on the 3 chair lift, the old guy in the group chases us like he's gonna get on with us! Then he starts yelling at us swearing "fuck you guys waht the fuck are you thinking?!" and all kinds of stuff. as we get on the lift the german friend yells "you guys are fucking idiots" So then on the lift we are just laughing the entire time because these gapers tried to attack us and they are screaming at us the whole way up. SO we get to the top and i look up at them, cuz i want them to do something. so the leather lady starts skiing towards me in the park as the other two ignore us (the racer kids are up there and im guessing they didn't wanna do something as to make a bad impression on the kids they are teaching). so this lady skis right over my extremely badly chipped, 2 year old, ar6s, with her extremely new powder skis and said something like "that's what you get" it was ridiculous, i laughed out loud with the other two race coaches looking at me, they didn't even do anything.

Spark notes: Race coaches verbally abused us along with physically abusing our skis. hahaha
 
Man, I would have contacted the mountain authorities. Anytime someone "hits" you, that is assault. If they do that shit again, press charges. That is the ultimate way to say "fuck you."
 
see now that's just ignorant and takes it too faryes, some racers are gapers, in fact many, but i race and so do a good amount of people on this site, not all racers suck. sry, it just annoys me when people make that generalization
 
something tells me there's more to this story than what you're saying...

haha. the whole time that was happing to me i had some music blasting so i had no idea what they were saying when i skied past them just felt like our skis caught on each other then i look back and see them totally flipping out
 
my two friends were infornt of the the coaches and i didnt want to ride the lift by myself. so i just squeeze by and hop on with my friends then they flip a bitch

as a former racer i know that not all of em are "gapers" just becaause they dont rock xl gear.

and people you cant judge all racers off of some douchey coach's behavior

and it sounds like it was the crazy leather lady that freaked mostly, not really the race coaches.
 
Spot on. Some of the best freestylers I know are some of the best freestylers I know.

Most coaches are chill and have freestyle skiils themselves. But this lady sounds like a bitch haha
 
they didn't hit us. they like ran over my skis, and jumped on my friend's skis... "DirtYStylIE" haha funny shit. she was trying to pop his skis off and he was totally oblivious and she still didn't get it. And also it was the race coach guy that was yelling at us and flipping a bitch, so not just the leather queen.
 
i know you would think that, but that's what made it so damn good. we did basically nothing, just ran over that ladies skis on accident when she kinda tried to cut him off. Ha we could not stop laughing at that shit! like the whole chairlift up we were just cracking up while they were yelling at us!
 
sorry for the triple post, just thought i would make something else clear. me and my friend used to race, got nothing against racers. but these coaches were fucking crazy. ha funny shit.
 
I was there, and none of what this kid is saying actually happened.Heres how it really went down.
dirtystyle was talking a ton of shit to a couple little racer kids and started physically pushing them around. the kids couldnt have been more than about eight years old, so their parents were with them. these three crazy kids come flying through the lift line cutting people off and taking their spots, riding over peoples skis and boards and just plain being rude to the other people in line.now of course by this point after the parents see this outrageous behavior, they start to get a little paranoid, so one of the mothers calmly walks over to the taller of the three (im not sure which one it was) and kindly ask him if he could maybe slow down or wait his turn to go up the lift. these immature park rats flip a bitch at the lady and start flipping her off and cursing at her, until she finally walks away in shame and disgust.
now i dont claim to be a perfect example to other people on the mountain, but this is not the way we should treat other people. especially ones who dont know the sport of freeskiing too well.
i dont normally do this, but you deserve some serious -k for what you did up on the hill today.

i have seen race coaches act like this before-like spoiled brats probably because they are around them so much. it has something to do with them being so competitive that they cannot stand to have anyone show them up like that. they would rather die than see someone in the park do that.
 
this basically sounds like what actually happened is you guys are reinforcing the reputation that everyone who skis park is a punk ass kid who has no respect for anyone... just because there are some gapers in the liftline doesnt mean you should book it past them and act like dicks...
 
I bet all of us have stories about racers. It's like the clash between cool kids and GS suits...Man, it feels good to be a cool kid.

okay this is where it gets good people!!! HE IS LYING!!!! he made a thread about his 250th post a while back and i lied in his thread to make his karma get slammed...and it worked! so he wants to get me back so he did this...ha! and it worked! props spence, you got me. But here is the true story....

What i said is completely true believe it or not. i got two other ns'ers who were there...the german:

Habrux08, and the kid who got his skis stomped on Dylan:DirtYStylE.

also Big_Spence didn't ski this weekend (meaning he was lying about even being there) even though i really tried to get him to go. He decided not to go, because of two reasons that he told me

1)He's going to big White next weekend.

2)He rather hang out with his girlfriend.

so for all of you people thinking im bringing down rep of freestylers...don't worry about it, ha im a 3.94 student who never talks shit to anybody and i just had a fucking funny experience that i thought i would post. Its just kinda an epic battle between spence and me for karma slamming.

 
side note- when i am waiting in the lift line, i always flip shit on people when they ride up on my tips

seriously pisses me off
