Race Base and rails?

I wanna get som Pro Pipe skis, but how will they hold up on rails?

I don't know somebody with race bases on their twintips ,who hits rails with them, so i wanna know how it will hold up on rails with some p tex 4000?

Also, anybody been on the Pro Pipe's?

I think that if you wax them reguraly, skis with bases like that will just as durable as any other ski.

Rode the 09 Dumonts for the past 2 seasons, hit rails everyday. The bases were fine, but the edges under boot thinned and eventually broke off. Still shredable, but not as much grip on rails or pipe...If you are getting new skis next year, I would say go with the Pro pipe.
