I remember the same thing last year and they still came out with a line. So if im right; there wont be a 07-08 line?
 
they got bought out by orage, i thought this was fairly common knowledge, mike nick works for orage now but aside from that the waterproofing on siver cartel's shit was garbage
 
the worst 8k/8k ever my helly hansen 5k/5k was better than siver's 8k/8k, and my holden jacket and pants blow siver out of the water
 
Best brand for sure, not the best fabric quality but the guyz were totally doing it for the sport.

The first ski clothing company that was totally dedicated to freestyle.

Aeryx was dope too.

 
because you might not think so, but the core new school scene is still pretty small market wise, also shops are less likely to carry them cause they just don't sell as well as spyder and north face and helly hansen, you know labels that have proven themselves time and time again
 
i bought a shell and down jacket and pants from them last year in attempts to keep them alive and kickin

i guess it didnt do the trick. i got some cool shit though.
 
dope brand for sure, i was really hoping to get a suit off them last year, never came together though

coalision purchased siver and then decided not to continue the brand.

now works with orage, not orange.
 
im still rockin the original siver special ops jacket and pants from the first year they came out, still warm, still water proof, no reason to get anything new i geuss.
 
i found one of their jackets at tj Maxxx. I didn't really need it, but it was hella cheap so I bought it. It was sick I ended up wearing it most of the time i went skiing.
 
coalision didn't sell siver to anyone. they just pulled the plug. basically, it looks like coalision just bought siver to kill it, but i'm sure it was more complicated than that. it reminds me a little of transworld and freeze.

I am just sick of all the snowboarders raving about how much better holden is then anything and they have no idea what siver or orage is.

in facts, orage bought siver before siver started making clothes if my memory is right. Mike wouldnt have sold siver to coalission if he would have tought that coalission were trying to kill siver. Mike rode for orage before starting making outerwear . then coalission decided to put siver up for sale when they felt it wasnt good for their portfolio.

I'm pretty sure it was a rougth decision to make for anyone involved in this and that nobody was really happy about siver not being bought by anyone.
