R.E.D Trace and Giro G10 MX

rite now im rockin a size medium g10 mx, and im guna get a trace for this coming season. the size medium fits prety snug with a lil hat under the helmet and im guna be wearing a hat under my trace so i was wondering if R.E.D sizes run big or small compared to Giro so i know if i should get a large or medium

I had just a Giro 9 size L, and I got a large Trace which fits perfectly when you take out the front pad, put in the goggle thingy and wear a hat underneath...id say they're the same, if not the same, just measure your head and check out the RED size chart, i know there is one because i looked too
