What good is a quote if it just quotes the first half sentence of someones thread and not the part you are actually interested in quoting. You need to be able to select what part of the quote you want to select otherwise its just pointless and an ugly part of the site. Fix it mods

 
it's meant more for the reason of signlaing which post you're respodning to, rather than the exact part of a post. And if you think it needs to be changed, message an Admin, us mods can't do anything about it.

it prevents this "^^" if you don't post fast enough. that way people know your talking to them and not someone else.

Well I honestly liked no quotes better than the quote system we have now...so no I am not going to thank paul for making something worse than it was. All the current quotes do is clutter up the page with nothing meaningful, I can just as easily type the persons name or copy and paste the quote myself. Or even use thse things ^. I just think it was a dumb idea is all, dont get cranky.
