quitting smoking I can understand, but why drinking. Its healthy to have a drink a day...or twelve.

yes it definitely is. i had to get smoking because of probation. i decided to quite drinking. it fucking sucked. withdrawals and shit. then i started drinking again and i feel better.

I quit smoking a month ago and have only had 1 cigarette and that was when i was drunk at a party. Was smoking about 4-8 a day, just didn't like it anymore so I stopped. didn't seem like a big deal. can't stop drinking alcohol though, it gives me wings.

I will drink till the day i die but i will never smoke a cigaretter in my life. STUPID everyone starts smokin to look cool and cuz of peer pressure its the only reason they are poinntless dirt sticks! There is no other reaosn to do them but tryin to look cool! No one has ever given me a good reason besides peer pressure

i quite smoking weed after I spent some time with this guy who was smoking about 3 joints a day, like he'd get high for everything and his reasoning was that he was just trying to have more fun and I decided that i wanted to have fun with out drugs so they wouldn't consume my life like they did his. So just remember how good it feels to say 'I quit' and stick with it man try doing something creative like music or art when you feel like you want to smoke or drink

quitting smoking is hard, ive smoked for like 4 years and the longest i quit for was amonth, then i started again adn now i smoke more, which sucks. i could never quit drinking tho, its too good.

^what are you talking about? Quitting weed is definately hard when you smoke almost every day. I smoked almost every day for a year and I decided to take a break because it was getting to be too much (and other reasons) and it's been harsh. For the first few weeks I'd have the most fucked up dreams ever and now I wanna smoke like you wouldnt believe but I have something going on with a chick who's stongly against it so it's complicated.. It's an addiction like any other, I'm gonna start drinking more instead to compensate for it and I know I'm going to start smoking again within the next month because i'll have many opportunities to

You probably wouldn't even know so I don't know why you even have an opinion.. I'm going through it so obviously I would know if it's hard. When you get to the point where your smoking at least 2-3 times a day i's hard to quit when you have the opportunity to smoke

 
Its only tough cause you dont want to quit... if you wanted to quit that shit wouldnt even bother you if you smoked 10 times a day, its all in the head and you got to control it.
