Quit my job

So.. I quit my job today. Parents think I'm a fuck up (not the first time). And my roommate (restaurant manager) hates me. I quit cause I was miserable, why do something you hate? But now I don't have a job... If you hate your job and or boss and just deal with it. You have some serious self control. If your still reading this then you are probably as bored as I am right now.. Well back to job postings

I was going to quit my job depending on what my boss said when I went in to talk to him today. Yesterday his daughter accused me of bringing a scale for measuring weed to the shop with no legitimate reason for doing so. She pulled the "we asked everyone else and it's not theirs so who's could it be?" She has turned into a total bitch since she got back from her first year from college. She told me I was on "work probation" and could only work if she called me in. But of course I wasn't going to sit idly by and wait to be called in so I went and talked to my boss and he told me I had nothing to worry about and that he knew the scale wasn't mine. My boss is the shit, his daughter, not so much.

My policy is to never quit a job until i have another, and try to give 2 weeks notice, even if the job is shitty. That way you don't burn bridges and develop references. But if the job is completely horrible, its worth it to just quit.

For example, i would just quit amy's baking company, but I would suffer through a few weeks at a mcdonalds.

Like others have said, quitting your job before finding a new one is absolutely foolish. I am hating my current work situation, but no way in hell am I going to leave it until I've got a new one sorted out.

You want a shit job? Try being a delivery driver. 6 bucks an hour. I make jack shit for tips because everyone is a broke-ass hick in my town. Not to mention that fact that you need to supply your own vehicle, pay for gas and risk getting robbed/crashing. All that so Stiffquisha can stuff her fat, diabetic ass with yet another shitty pizza.

Mileage is generally done at about 50 cents/mile? (based on gas, depreciation, and other expenses). So that being said on your wage you can't drive more than 12 miles in an hour without losing money. I take back what I said before, that is a job I would quickly quit.
