Quiksilver sizing

wow. so either a M or L in jacket and a L or XL in pant?? how small would you say there pants like i had sms pants size large.
 
I don't have way too much to compare to... but a large Quiksilver jacket fits like an extra-large Helly Hansen or an extra-large Planet Earth jacket. Large Quiksilver pants fit more like a medium from any other company... with the exception of companies whose clothing is exceptionally large, such as Oakley and Obermeyer.

I have no idea why Quiksilver sizes their clothing like this... but, long story short, I have a pair of really nice Quiksilver pants from last season that get nearly no use because they're just a little to tight. On the other hand, I have a small Quiksilver jacket which fits me quite comfortably... and I'm 6'...
 
Large or XL depending on how gangsteeze you like it. I have a youth XL and it fits cash big and I am about 5' 3" so you tell me.
 
well i was gonna get L in Oakley or Aeryx so if i wanted ideal sizes for quiksilver what would you say.
 
a medium in jacket and either L or xl in pants. I have XL pants and jacket. but i am 6'4". the jacket fits great, but the pants are kinda short. decently baggy, but they could use a little more room. I just got the Duckman Jacket, in Large, and its fucking huge. like really long. kinda strange sizing. anyway. I love quiksilver's gear, and it's super stylie.
