Quick Sizing/Armada Halo Thread

hi guys i'm 5'5 and the smallest size armada makes the halo in is 170 i'm wondering if that will work for me. also i ski 95% park and 5% groomers and i'm wondering if this ski will work for me. also thoughts on this ski.

170 would be a perfect size for you. My friend is your exact height using 171 alpha 2's (same ski), and he loves them. They are rockered too, which will make them feel a little shorter.
 
I got 171s when I was like 4'8" and I can still use them im 5'11 now so yeah I would definetely get them to grow into they just might be a little big on you at first.
 
Are the Halos good for rails too, or only jumps and other stuff? How good do they work on rails?
 
halo= more flex than alpha so buttery and more jib orientated

alpha=stiffer than halo still capable of buttering more jump orientated

both can jib and handle jumps pretty well, durability is superb, poppy, responsive, and super light
